Pore this mixture in the milk on low heat,cook, stirring for 10min until custard thickened remove from the heat.

Cool it and refrigerate it.

Take a wide bowl cut gulab jamun into 2 spread in the bowl, pour custard on it, sprinkle colourful bolls for garnish.

Serve cool.
It gives a nice crunch to the dessert, but make sure you sprinkle it just before serving it.
