  11. Dont try to cook rice more if it become lighly soft take it out from water.

  12. Now take rice pan which is empty add oil 2 tb spoon in it.

  13. Add some rice add some yakhni add lemon coriander and tomato chopped pieces add food color and 2 tsp shan masala cover it with more rice.

  14. Again procedure repeat atlast pour tadka of cloves and ilachi in it cook 20 min in a slow flame then serve.

  15. Serve with raita and salid.
