  1. Make a paste of the green choliya in a mixie adding some water. Now blend this paste with the curd and add 2 cups of water and make a thin batter..

  2. In a pan take 2 tablespoons of mustard oil and smoke it. When slightly cool again heat and add jeera and methidana. When splutters add the heeng along with sliced onions and the chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté till light golden colour comes then add the curd/choliya mixture and stir well. Add all the dry masalas like salt and others as per your pallet and taste..

  3. Simmer this kadhi on low flame till nicely cooked and thick. You can adjust the consistency by adding more water if you want.Now add the kasuri methi and mix well.Serve hot garnished with coriander with hot chapattis or rice..
