For rice : in a deep pan add water then add sabut garam masala and zeera then add soaked rice and let them cook then put aside.

Then assemble by putting the layer of rice then gravy then chopped corriender, mint, tomatoes green chillies then layer of rice then in a bowl add water and yellow food color and pour it on the top as well as heat half cup oil add onions in it golden brown and pour tarka then put on dum and serve…
