Remove head and tail of the dried prawns.
There is no need to wash them if they are already cleaned.

Remove the head and tail of the shrimp….. wash and Pat dry…..

Heat a pan and roast the shrimps till crisp…..

Then roast the dry ready chillies for few secs….

Take the smallest jar of the mixer grinder tip in dry red chillies and shallots and blend for few secs…..then rest of the ingredients except shrimp and curry leaves and blend for few more secs..dont make it to a paste…. Just crush everything together….finally add in dried shrimp and curry leaves and blend once more for few secs… If needed add salt…..
