1.Firstly fry Urad Dal fryums or pumpkin fryums and keep it aside. 2.Next put a pan pour some oil and put some Urad dal for seasoning 3.Then put finely chopped onions n leave them to fry properly until it becomes light brownish..

4.Then put 1 or 2 spoons of ginger n garlic paste.. Then put Amaranthus leaves (thotakura) and cook deeply.

Cover it with a plate to boil nicely.

Put a salt and mirchi powder sufficiently as much required.

Then the curry turn into dark greenish colour.

Then put the fried fryums and off the stove after 5 min………
