  14. You need 3 tbsp of coconut oil.

  15. Prepare 2 sprigs of curry leaves.

  16. It’s to taste of salt.

  17. You need 2 tsp. of ginger crushed.

Add coconut milk and cook for a few minutes until the gravy thickens well.

Add a few curry leaves and a tsp of ghee.

  1. Soak garcinia cambogia in little warm water after washing..

  2. Heat coconut oil. Splutter mustard seeds. then add fenugreek seeds. add curry leaves..

  3. Add onions and turmeric powder and fry till almost golden..

  4. Then add ginger and garlic anf fry till done..

  5. Add powders- chilli, coriander, pepper, fennel..

  6. Add in tomatoes & let it cook on a low flame..

  7. Once tomatoes are done,add salt add soaked garcinia cambogia with the soaking water.let it cook lightly..

  8. Add prawns and coconut milk and cook for 7 to 8 minutes remove from heat.

  9. Serve with rice, hoppers or chapathi..
