  1. Soak chana daal in water for 8 hrs…grind it into fine paste…add turmeric,jeera,salt and mix well..now keep the steamer ready…grease the perforated plate you are going to place the dumplings…place small dumplings on the plate as u place same as idli….

  2. Now team it for ten min…for tadka…heat oil in a pan,add Rai jeera…once they crackle..add curry leaves and red whole chillies…off the gas…

  3. For kadi…churn curd and mix gram flour,green chilli paste…add required water and boil…now make tadka by heating oil…add jeera,curry leaves,methi powder,few red chillies and transfer it in kadi…boil for 15 min to enhance the taste….

  4. Once the dollar are steamed…cool it..crumble them…add tadka, coriander,finely chopped.onion and serve with kadi.
