  3. You need 1/2 tablespoon of ginger garlic paste.

  6. It’s 1 tablespoon of mustard and cumin seeds.

  7. You need 2 of eggs.

  8. Prepare Pinch of turmeric powder.

  9. You need to taste of Salt.

  10. You need 1/2 tablespoon of coriander powder.

  11. You need 1/2 tablespoon of cumin powder.

  12. Prepare 2 tablespoons of oil.

Once the mustard and cumin seeds crackle add curry leaves, onion then roast it in a low flame then add salt and turmeric, add ginger garlic paste, once the onion becomes brown add thotakura and mix it well then cover it with a lid and cook it in a low flame. Open the lid and mix well, add chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder..

  2. Once the curry is cooked properly then add the beaten the eggs into it..

  3. Add coriander leaves in it and transfer it into a bowl and serve it hot with rice /chapati /roti..

Make it as bhurji and try to make it dry.

Here egg forms like a nice coating on cauliflower florets and gives a good look for curry.
