Smash garlic with salt and add vinegar pour in fish bowl.

Spice fish with benny black pepper coriander and peri peri mix well let it marinade for 10minutes.

Then fry it.

In a separate pot fry onion for 3minutes add grated tomato fine diced peppers carrots and baby marrow.

Add rajah and fry for 8 minutes keep stiring.

Then add your fried fish in your gravy let it simmer for 10minutes in a low heat.
