Strawberry semolina cake. Today it's semolina and almond flour bake. Semolina Cakes are so popular nowadays, but this is my first bake. Semolina gives a very nice crunch to the cake and with almond flour it really tasted awesome!
For cake, using an electric mixer, beat butter, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time until combined, then beat in yogurt.
