Spaghetti and beans Jollop. Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti. Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables. Pick and wash beans and place in a clean pot.

I love spaghetti so much that I can prepare it in many ways with little changes in ingredients.

This step is optional. heat some oil. add the remaining onion and sauté until translucent. add the thyme, black pepper, white pepper and smoked paprika. sauté for about a minute; then add the tomato paste, the bell pepper, garlic and tomato blend.
