It’s 6 Pieces of Yam.

You need 2 of Eggs.

It’s cubes of Knorr.

Prepare of Vegetable oil.

You need 1 tsp of Cinnamon powder.

You need 1 tsp of Curry powder.

Prepare 1 tsp of Thyme.

Peel and wash ur yam and put in a pot of salted boiling water and Cook till done..

Drain off water from yam and allow to cool..

In a bowl, crack in ur Eggs,Curry,Cinnamon,Thyme and little Knorr cube and whisk properly..

Heat up a frying pan with veg oil..

Coat the Yams with the egg and begin to fry till both sides turn golden brown..

Ur yamarita is ready..
I also added salt, seasoning cube, green pepper, onions, and red pepper, served with egg sauce.
Slowing pour the egg in a circular motion.
Cover the pot and reduce the heat to low to allow the egg to "cake".
You want the egg to form lumps in the stew rather than look mushy.
