Rosemary Potatoes. Cut the potatoes in half or quarters and place in a bowl with the olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic and rosemary; toss until the potatoes are well coated. Put the potatoes, olive oil, garlic, rosemary, sage, thyme and some salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl and toss until the potatoes. The first time I used rosemary and the second I used parsley.

Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in flour until smooth; gradually add milk.
Stir in the cheese, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
Pour over potatoes and stir to coat.

Wash and clean the potatoes. If preferred, cut each piece into halves..

Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a frying pan using a little of the olive oil..

Add the rest of the olive oil and the butter..

When the oil has heated up, add the potatoes to start frying them..

Immediately add the rosemary and other herbs..

Stir adequately and let the potatoes fry for at least 4 minutes, or until they are done to your preference..
In a bowl, combine the potatoes, onion, oil, rosemary, garlic and garlic salt; toss to coat.
Add the rosemary and green onions and stir to combine.
Pour the cream cheese mixture over the top of the potatoes.
Place the potatoes and rosemary on a straight-sided baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
