  2. Heat oil in a frying pan and add curry leaves. Then add roe and fry on low flame for 15 min. Then add pepper powder. Stir occassionally and fry both sides till its crunchy.

  3. Towards the end garnish with cillantro or mint leaves (optional) and serve.
