First remove seeds from Jackfruit then add them in mixi & make puree.

In a mixing bowl take milk then add Jackfruit puree,oil & sugar then mix well.

Then add semolina,baking soda,baking powder,salt & vanilla essence to that mixture & mix well & rest that mixture for 10 minutes.

Now in a pan heat 4 tbsp sugar & make caramel syrup.

Take a baking pan spread caramel syrup in it & then pour that Jackfruit semolina mixture to it & pat it.

Bake that in oven for 60 miniutes in 180°temperature.

Now cake is well cooked then cool it completely & remove from baking pan.

Decorate the cake with your choice, cut & serve this delicious beautiful yummy cake.
