It's a pleasure for me to share with you this amazing omena recipe.. For abit of broth add your desired liquid I.e. water/coconut cream/milk or actual dairy milk/cream.

Soak the omena is boiling water till the water cools; Drain the omena and dry them in a pan over low heat.
Meanwhile fry the onions and garlic in a little oil; Add the tomatoes and cook to form a paste.

Clean your omena in hot water with vinegar or lemon/soak it in hor water with vinegar/lemon.

You cook on high heat for fifteen to twenty minutes and then reduce heat.
