1. You need of Betty Crocker sugar cookie mix (17.5oz).

2. It’s of soft butter.

3. You need of egg.

4. You need of vanilla.

5. You need of McCormick orange extract.

6. It’s of orange zest.

7. You need of white chocolate chips.

8. It’s of drop yellow food colouring and 1 drop red to make orange…optional.

Mix up the cookie dough by first beating together the butter, cream cheese, egg, and orange flavor extract with an electric mixer.

Add the orange cake mix and beat with the mixer to combine.

At this point you can also add some orange food coloring to bump up the orange color.

Would love to make the orange creamsicle cookies but cannot get fresh oranges.

1. Preheat oven 350°F.

2. combine cookie mix, butter, egg, vanilla, orange extract and optional food colouring…mix thoroughly.

3. fold in orange zest and white chocolate chips.

4. drop cookie dough by tablespoon on ungreased cookie sheet.

5. bake 8 - 10 minutes.

Live in the tropics where everything is seasonal and oranges are finished til next year.

Even if could get, our oranges are normally green skins or very dull orange.

I cannot even buy orange extract here so guess I can only dream of the cookies.
