In a mixing bowl take all ingredients except baking soda,baking powder,vinegar and vanilla essence,mix well and prepare a batter of pouring consistency and keep it aside for 15 minutes..

Now finally add rest of the ingredients,mix nicely for 1 minute and transfer the batter into a greased cake tin..

Take 2 glass of water in a cooker,let it boil comes and place the cake tin into cooker for 25 minutes..

Check the cake by inserting a toothpick,if it comes clean it means cake is ready otherwise steam it for 5 minutes more..

Take out cake tin from cooker carefully and allow it to cool down completely..
