  4. Measure the bean paste into medium cups,or leder to a certain level so that it will have enough space for the bean to expand once its start boiling..

  5. Get cooking pot with water inside,place the medium cups that will fill with beans paste inside the cooking pot and cover it,cook for about 30minutes..

  6. Until the beans paste looks like a baked cake,then serve your moi moi with mai da yaji or white rice,or you can serve it with warm kamu/Pap..
