Recipe: Delicious Spicy Spaghetti Jollof Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Spicy Spaghetti Jollof. They will both work the same. Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti. Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables.

  2. It’s 1/2 kg of beef.

  3. Prepare 4 of fresh tomatoes.

  4. You need 5 of fresh habanero.

  7. It’s 1 of large onion.

  8. It’s 1 tbsp of fresh garlic and ginger crushed.

  10. Prepare 1/4 cup of veg oil.

  11. It’s 1/2 tsp of dry herbs mix.

  12. You need to taste of Salt.

It had the normal nice jollof taste, , the sweet tomato taste.

Looks like some 'kick' was needed, but not spicy a bit tangy.

Some lemon juice and the rind and the taste and aroma of this basic dish immediately came to live.

  5. Add fried beef into the sauce stir then add cooked spaghetti into your tomatoes sauce pan and stir thoroughly cover pot and cook for another 3mins then off heat and serve..

Jollof spaghetti is very popular Nigerian dish.

This step is optional. heat some oil. add the remaining onion and sauté until translucent. add the thyme, black pepper, white pepper and smoked paprika. sauté for about a minute; then add the tomato paste, the bell pepper, garlic and tomato blend.
