We love kadhis, be it plain or with pakoras.
At home we call it kadhi chawal, because the kadhi is had with plain rice or jeera rice. you can also have kadhi with roti but I always prefer to have kadhi with rice.

Prepare 200 GM of besan.

It’s 2 of Onion chopped.

Prepare 4 of Green chilli chopped.

It’s 1 tsp of Ginger, garlic paste.

You need 1 tsp of Ajwain.

Kadhi is a type of curry made by cooking gram flour with curd or buttermilk.

In a bowl put besan,onion, chilli,cumin salt ajwain,mix it.use these things litte amount, because for gravy these are also needed..

Add some water,make it batter consistacy..

Heat the oil in a pan,make soft pakode from this batter. Keep it a side..

Beat the curd add besan 4 tsp,ginger,garlic paste, turmeric powder, ajwain,black salt,chilli powder, coriander powder.mix it well add 500 gm water.mix it with the help of beater..

In the same (remove some oil from this.keep only 3 Tsp oil) heat it. Put methi,cumin, hing,.

Crackle it.add onion Fry it golden..

Put all curd batter in it & stir it continues. 5 minutes..

Boil it & add all pakode in it..

Boil it 10 minutes more so that pakode will soak the gravy…

Slow the flame add salt,& kasoori methi.remove it from the flame..

In small temper pan put ghee,Heat it add cumin,whole chiller,curry leaves,onion,golden it.pour it on the kadhi..

Before servings sprinkle some coriander leaves..
