  7. You need 1-2 tsp of lemon juice.

  8. You need 1/4 tsp of chilli powder.

  9. Prepare 1/8 tsp of turmeric powder.

  11. Prepare 1/4 tsp of sugar.

Chapati Poha step by step

  1. Grind the chapattis using your hands..

  2. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, sugar, lemon juice into it. Mix well.

  3. Whilst doing the second step, heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, chopped onions and sauté till onion turns light brown..

  4. Add chapati flakes into it. Mix well..

  5. Cover lid for a while..

  6. Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves..

  7. Serve hot..
