  3. Add whole Spices in heated oil…once it crackle (baghar) add chopped onions to it..

  4. Saute it until onions get golden brown colour, then add ginger garlic paste..mix it…stir fry for 2 minutes to get out from raw smell..

  5. Now add all the spices mixture, tomatoes, chopped green chillies. Mix it well.

  6. Add 1/2 cup water…mix it, cover and cook for 5 minutes at low to med flame till oil separates from the masalas..

  7. Now, open the lid…add chicken pieces to it….mix it well..

  8. Cook the curry with continuously stirring for 10 minutes till it becomes dry..

  9. Now, Add 2 cups water…bring it to boil, cover it and cook for 10_12 minutes at medium flame..

  10. Sprinkle 1 tsp garam masala powder, mix it well. Turn off the flame.

  11. Dehati chicken curry is ready to serve..
