  1. Prepare 4 of Leftover Chapati (Break the chapaties in small pieces).

  1. Heat Oil in a pan.Add mustard and cumin Seeds to it. Once mustard seeds starts crackling, add chopped Potatoes to it and cook it with a covered lid on a medium flame for around 5 minutes..

  2. Add chopped Onions,Green Peas and Green Chilies now.Saute the mixture for another 2 minutes. Add all Dry Masalas and Salt now(Coriander,Red Chilli and Turmeric Powder)..

  3. Cook this Mixture for about 2 minutes.Add chopped Tomatoes now,and cook it covered on medium flame for around 5 minutes..

  4. Once the Tomatoes are well cooked,add left over Rotis pieces to the pan. Stir this mixture properly and cook for another 2 minutes on medium flame with a covered lid..

  5. Switch off the flame. Roti ka Poha is Ready now. Pour some fresh Lemon Juice on it.Garnish with Fresh Coriander Leaves. Serve the Dish Hot with Ginger Tea..
