Boil your pam kanne until soft and pound it well, then you use hot water to extract the oil, then you transfer your pam kanne water to a clean pot and add your grand pepper, onions and your boiled dry fish, stuck fish and cow head then you add your crayfish, okpeyi (dadawa), Maggi and salt to taste let it cook for 40mints..

You can also put tomatoes if you want but make sure you fried it well so that it wont sarwer..
