Take chaas or curd add besan salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and mix well.

Take another vessel put besan chopped onion, salt, ajwain and mix well and make batter..

Take oil in kadhai and make pakodas fry till golden brown..

Take another kadhai add ghee methi seeds, ginger garlic paste, saute it add chopped onion, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, cloves and mix well..

Put curd mixture in it let it boil..

Add pakoras and let it boil..

Take saucepan add ghee chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and red chillis add kadi and garnish with chopped green coriander leaves..
Add only half the pakoras and add rest later if the kadhi look not enough for the pakoras.
