How to Fall Perfect Rawa Uttapam Delicious, fresh and tasty.

Rawa Uttapam. Instant rava uttapam recipe - Instant uttapam is a quick breakfast recipe made with semolina, spices & veggies. These suji uttapam are great to have even for dinner with some chutney or podi. Traditionally uttapam were made with leftover idli & dosa batter that is usually sour.

It tastes delicious also can be served for breakfast, as a snack or for dinner.

Rava Uttapam will be enjoyed by all ages.

Uttapam is like a thick Dosa or Spicy pancake topped with vegetables.

You can have Rawa Uttapam using 17 ingredients and 4 steps. Here is how you achieve it.

Ingredients of Rawa Uttapam

  1. Prepare of Batter.

  2. You need 1/2 tbsp of baking soda.

  3. You need 2 cup of semolina(Rawa).

  4. You need 1 cup of curd.

  5. Prepare 1.5 cup of water.

  6. You need to taste of Salt.

  8. Prepare of Finely chopped cabbage.

Rava uttapam recipe (Sooji uttapam recipe) - This is quick, easy and simple to make instant uttapam recipe.

Rawa Uttapam instructions

  1. For batter mix all the ingredients and make a fluffy batter and keep it aside for 20-30 min so that rawa absorb all the moisture..

  2. Take a kadhai put some oil to it half cook cabbage,carrot and capsicum mix some salt and ketchup and sauces to it (you can add more spices according to your taste).

  3. Now on a pan take some oil to it and make a small pancake and cover it for some seconds after that after that put some topping to the uttapam and oil to it and turn it to other side..

  4. Your uttapam is ready now you can enjoy it with peanut chutni or coconut chutney.
