  3. Pre-heat cooking oil in a pan, add chopped red onion and garlics, stir for 3 mins, add long red chilies and tomatoes stir for 5 mins, add salt, pepper, and sugar, mix well..

  4. Add chopped carrots, cabbage, and corn kernels, stir it, add water, stir properly. Wait until the veggies well done..

  5. Add tofu, mix well..

  6. Tofu with veggies stir fry is ready to serve..

Sauce: Puree all the sauce ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.

Tofu: Cook the rice or farro according to package directions.

Cut the tofu into slices and press with a paper towel to remove excess moisture.

Wait a few minutes and press again - there's lotsa water in there!

Remove the tofu from the skillet and set aside.
