Prepare 3 cups of beans.

You need 1 of Seasoning Cube(knorr).

Prepare 1 Sachet of Seasoning powder (Mivina).

Prepare 1 of medium Onions.

Prepare 4 of large Fresh red pepper.

You need 1/4 cup of groundnut oil.

You need 1 Sachet of Gino Tomatoes.

Prepare 1/2 cup of Crayfish.

Prepare 3 of Eggs.
The crucial thing is to make the base sauce right.
Add the bay leaves, carrots, green pepper, green beans, sweet corn, crayfish and toss with the spaghetti and spaghetti water.
Turn off heat and serve as desired.
Jollof rice and beans can be a very tricky dish to make.

Heat oil and fry tomatoes with onions and a pinch of salt till tomato is done. Add water, grounded crayfish, mivina Sachet, seasoning cube, salt to taste, fresh grounded pepper and stir. Cook mixture for 3minutes..

Add beans and spaghetti into the mixture and stir. Cook till water dries out..

Serve with boiled Egg..
Unlike our good old jollof rice, it is not a favorite to many.
