  1. place rib eye in a bowl.

  2. add 1/2 olive oil over steak.

  3. add 1/2 of Worcestershire sauce over steak.

  4. rub it in.

  5. season with salt and pepper.

  6. turn steak over and repeat steps.

  7. put in fridge for 20 minutes.

  8. build a fire or fire up the charcoal.

  9. the steak need high heat; make sure the coals are very hot..

  10. place steak on grid and turn after 2 minutes.

  11. keep it on for another 2 minutes on the other side.

  12. turn the steak once again and keep it on each side for another 30-60 seconds.

  13. remove and serve with potato bake and asparagus.

In future, braai steaks that are thicker, or braai the same steaks but for a shorter time.

If the steaks look perfect but are quite tough or tasteless, buy your steaks from a different place in future.

If the steaks are underdone, then your fire was not hot enough.

Repeat the process, and really go all out with that fire next time.
