Sock the soybean in 4cup of hot water for 15 mins..

After that squeeze all the water from the soyabean and crush it in a mix along with green chilli, ginger and garlic..

Take the mixture in a bowl and mix chopped onion, coriander leaves, cumin power, Chill powder, pinch of termeric, garam masala, maida and gram flour and salt to taste..

Mix all the ingredients properly, and make a soft dough..

Take a lemon siźe dough and press it by your palm..

Then in a pan add 2 tbsp oil, one sliced onion, ginger, garlic, tomato slices, cardamom, Cinnamon sticks and almond..

After fry for 10 mins.Then grind it..

Again take a pan add some butter or oil put some cumin seeds, bay leaf after that add the puree..

Stir the gravy continuously for 5 mins.Then add 1 cup of water..

After one boil add the soya kababs into it and cover it sometimes to let the soya kabab soak the gravy..

Serve it hot with chapati or fried rice..
