  2. Prepare 100 grams of cocoa powder.

  3. It’s 480 grams of boiling hot water.

  4. You need of "B".

  5. Prepare 350 grams of flour.

  6. You need 3/4 tsp of salt.

  7. You need 4 tsp of baking powder.

  8. Prepare of C.

  9. Prepare 220 grams of butter at room temperature.

  10. Prepare 350 grams of sugar.

  11. You need 4 of eggs.

  12. You need 1 tsp of ground vanilla.

We all know that vanilla and chocolate are a match made in sugary goodness heaven.

It really is pretty hard to beat that classic combination.

Thermomix Chocolate Cupcakes mini or regular step by step

  1. Preheat oven to 185°C and place rack in middle.

  2. Place small bowl on closed TMX and weigh in "A".

  3. Stir with spatula until no more clumps, but nice and smooth.

  4. In Thermomix add B, speed 8 for 5 sec.

  5. Place B into seperate bowl.

  6. C for 20 to 40 sec (depending on texture) on speed 5/6 until fluffy.

  7. Add eggs one by one through hole of TMX top at speed 4.

  8. Add vanilla and combine at speed 3 or 4 for 3 sec.

  9. Add B to C.

  10. B+C speed starting at 4, then up to 5.5 / 6 for +/- 30 sec until combined (not necessarily smooth).

  11. Add cooled down A to mixture in TMX.

  12. Alterating speed 2 to 3 for 30 sec with the help of spatula.

  13. Ready to fill any kind of cupcake forms. Make about half full..

  14. Bake at 185° C for (depending on cup size) 10-16 min.

  15. Frost when completely cooled down.
