You need of I pk of spaghetti.

You need of Onion.

It’s of Green pepper.

You need of Giniger /garlic.

Prepare of Salt.

You need of Maggi.

You need of Little vegetable oil.
Place a pan on medium heat, add vegetable oil and chopped onions.
This step is optional. heat some oil. add the remaining onion and sauté until translucent. add the thyme, black pepper, white pepper and smoked paprika. sauté for about a minute; then add the tomato paste, the bell pepper, garlic and tomato blend.
Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti.
Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables.

You can choose to do without the veggies and make it plain, I just prefer to make mine with veggies and proteins so it's more satisfying.
