  1. Sabse pahle methi ke patte nikal kar do baar pani se saaf karein..

  2. Mixer me methi ke patte, green chilli, jeera, ajwain garlic, ka paste banaye..

  3. Wheat flour me besan, haldi, red chilli powder, oil, til, salt to taste dal kar dough banaye. Aur tawe me parathe bana kar seke..

  4. Moongfali ke dano ko sukha bhoon le. Unka chilka nikal kar mixer me daane…hara dhaniya. Hari mirch… garlic… namak aur sugar dal kar chutney bana le… thoda paani dale. Aur ab ek bartan me oil garam karein jeera..rai dale curry patta dale sukhi lal mirch bhi dale…. usme chutney dal kar do teen min gas per rakhe. Fir last me lemon juice dale.. gass off. Chutney tayaar..

  5. Garma garam methi ke parathe aur moongfali ki chutney taiyaar hai..
