For Paneer Butter Masala paste: Grind Onions, Ginger and garlic together to a paste..

Grind Cashew to powder..

Heat Butter in a kadhai, add onion paste and saute toll golden..

Add Cashew powder and saute for 2-3 mins..

Add tomato puree and cook for 10-15 mins on low flame till Butter separates..

Add Roasted Jeera powder, Red Chilli powder, Garam Masala, salt and Sugar and mix well..

Add enough water, about 1 1/2 cups, cook for another 10-12 mins till Butter separates and the gravy dries up to a thick Masala gravy..

Add Kasuri methi and Milk, cook on low flame for 2 mins stirring continuously..

Add Paneer and cook for another 2-3 mins stirring continuously..

For rice- Wash Rice properly..

In a cooker take washed Rice add water and salt..

Take 3 whistles on high flame..

For Palak Paratha: Wash Palak leaves properly..

Grind in grinder to a puree..

Take whole wheat flour, add red chilli powder, salt and roasted Jeera and knead a dough using Palak puree..

Add water if the dough is too hard..

Heat tawa and make Palak parathas using ghee..

How to assemble: Take a plate and arrange Rice in any pattern you want..

Pour sabzi to one side and to on other side of Rice arrange Palak Paratha pieces..
