Prepare 2 cup of Rice Flour.

Prepare 1 of Onion.

Firstly chop the onion and green chilli.Then in a large mixing bowl, combine rice flour, carom seeds,kasoori methi, salt, red chilli powder,sambhar masala powder, chat masala,grated ginger, chopped green chilli and chopped onion.Mix all very well..

Heat water in a container. Add required water into the rice-flour mixture,mix it with a spatula and when it little cool down then knead it and make soft and smooth dough..

Additionally add more water if required and make a soft dough. Divide the dough into equal portions..

Now take a small ball of dough and start patting over oiled aluminium foil and pat it from all sides so that it form like a chapati.The chapati should be not very thin and also not very thick.You can also roll it slightly and slowly with a rolling pin..

Heat a tawa and then take out chapati gently from the aluminium foil and then drop it gently on the tawa and cook it from one side and then flip it..

Smear some oil on the both the sides and cook it nicely from both sides on medium flame and then take it out, roll it and then serve it..
Crispy on a medium flame by continuously turning the sides.
Switch of the flame and transfer into a serving plate.
Serve with curd, chutney, pickles etc.
