In a wide mixing bowl, add ragi flour, rice flour and enough water to make a lump free batter. Batter should be thinner than dosa batter..

Add the green chilies, coriander, salt and mix well..

Heat a tawa, and pour the batter from outside to inside like how we do for rava dosa. Drizzle oil and cook well until crisp..

Carefully flip over to the other side and cook for 30 -40 sec.

Slowly fold the dosa and serve with chutney or Sambhar..
Amma makes another version by grinding urad dal will post that version also soon but this is a instant version just mix and make dosas.
