First for the preparation of pakoras,in a bowl add onions, besan,chillipowder,turmeric,ajwain,salt,gingergarlicpaste,coriander leaves,green chillies, squeeze mix well..

Now in a medium hot oil, with wet hands,take a scoop of pakora mixture and add to oil.Deep fry until it is golden brown..

In a pan,add oil add methi seeds,pepper, coriander,cumin,red chillies and hing.saute for a minute..
