  2. You need 1/2 cup of Carrot.

  3. Prepare 1/2 cup of Potato.

  16. Prepare 5 of Cashew.

  17. Prepare 6 tsp of Ghee.

  18. Prepare 2 tsp of Oil.

It is easy to make and tastes very delicious.

I make this once in a week and my whole family loves it.

Water measure - Totally depends on the type/ size of rava that you use.

Adding too much water will end up like paste like sticky texture.

Millet Samba Wheat Rava Cake step by step

  1. In pan heat little ghee or oil fry wheat rava for 5-10 min in low flame.after keep it aside.

  2. Then In cooker heat ghee and oil.add mustard urad dal,curry leaves.add onion saute it till golden brown.and then add tomato,salt,carrot,peas,potato.mix it well.

  3. Add red chilli powder,turmeric powder add milk.after add garam masala.allow it for boil..

  4. Then add water.after add little by little wheat rava one hand and stirring it another hand.cook it for 3-4 whistles.after In pan heat ghee fry almonds and cashew.fry for 3 min.and add it to cooked rava.

  5. After add dry fruit powder and mix it well cook for 5 min.then grease little ghee to bowl and put wheat rava into it.wait for 5 min.spicy yummy little millet Samba wheat rava cake is ready.cut and serve it hot..

Adding too little will yield a hard cake like texture.
