  1. First take a muslin cloth wet and properly dry it then put on moong dal and rub and clean it.

  3. Then let it cool down now transfer the blender jar and blend it make a fine paste.

  4. Now heat the wok with pure ghee then add prepared paste and saute it 5 to 8 min on lower to medium flame.

  5. Now add sugar mix it properly when sugar, green cardamom powder dissolve it then add water stir and mix it well without any lumps.

  6. When halwa till it becomes thick and take hold shape now turn off the flame and garnish with some chopped pistachio and almond.

  7. Now it is ready.
