  1. Dry roast oats and semolina for 2-3 minutes. Remove in a bowl.

  5. Add onion and saute till golden brown..

  6. Add the chopped vegetables. You can add any veggies of your choice like mushrooms, grated carrot etc….

  7. Add all the spices. Here I have used Indian spices but you can always use any flavour of your choice like pizza seasonings, ginger-garlic paste etc…..

  8. Mix these with oats and sooji mixture..

  9. Also add your chopped dill and coriander leaves and mix together well..

  10. These wont rise much. Pour the mixture in loaf or cake tin or in muffin cups like me and bake for 20 minutes. If baking in cake or loaf tin then the baking time will increase up to 30-40 minutes..

  11. Bake until toothpick Inserted comes out clean. Serve hot with sauce or chutney or as is..

  12. My family enjoyed this as an evening snack with teaπŸ˜ƒ.
