  6. Pour this topping on top of each batter in the muffin mould before baking..

  7. Place tray in the middle rack of the oven. Bake for 20 min on 180* C..

  8. Take out the tray from oven and wait for 1-2 min. Then take out warm pavs from the muffin tray and place in serving plate..

  9. Serve hot with bhaji..

No change in method, except you don't need to activate instant yeast in warm liquid, you can just add it with the flour.
