Chilli chicken instructions

  1. Wash and clean chicken, now add all the ingredients listed below marination to chicken and marinate chicken for 1 hr.

  2. Now heat oil in wok and fry marinated chicken pieces in batches till golden brown.

  3. Once done remove on absorbent paper.

  7. When gravy comes to boil add fried chicken pieces,and mix everything well, cook for 5 mins and switch off the flame.

  8. Now chilli chicken is ready to serve.

  9. Note - if you want it more spicy then add green chilli sauce.

It makes a great appetizer and a party snack.

Serve it with noodles or fried rice.

If you are going to make boneless chilli chicken at home, try using chicken breasts as they are easy to chop.

For making restaurant-like chilli chicken, dip the chilli chicken in the cornflour batter.

This will make them crispy as well as more appealing.
