You need 2 1/2 of digestive biscuits.

Prepare 2 tsp of honey.

Prepare 1 of topping of your choice.
The mixture is a little runny, but you will still need to press the mixture down firmly as this will help prevent the flapjacks from falling apart after baking.
You can make this easy flapjack recipe with any type of oats but I find the smaller the oats the better the flapjacks taste.
The jumbo oats make great flapjacks but I just like the smaller, regular porridge oats.

Crush the biscuits until they resemble small clumps of sand..

Mix honey in to the biscuits..

Warm mixture in microwave until the honey starts to melt. It should take around 5 - 10 seconds depending on your microwave..

Spread the mixture into a small container/ bowl..

Add your topping. (I used jam/ jelly).
