  1. Chana wash and soaked for overnight..

  2. Take a bowl add maida,salt,suji,baking powder,dahi mix well add 2 tsp oil and water mix and make a bhatura dough,take a rest for permentation..

  4. Take a wok add oil,then oil r heat add garlic saute little brown then add onion saute till golden brown then add all dry masala,gin opger and tomato puree mix well..

  5. Then add boiled chana and green chilli mix well..

  6. Cook for 10 minutes then chana r cooked..

  7. Take a bowl add dahi,salt,jeera and kali mirch mix well dahi r smooth mix soaked boondi mix then raita r ready keep in fridge..

  8. Take a wok add oil,then oil r hot..

  9. Take a bhatura batter punch dough and make a ball then ball flat make a bhatura shape and fry for both sides..
