Edikaikong soup step by step

  1. Wash your beef, stockfish and kpomo properly with salt.

  2. Pour in a pot add your seasoning Maggi and salt and steam for 30 minutes.

  3. Wash the fish add into the pot add crayfish pond or grate pepper and onion add and allow to steam for another 10minutes.

  4. While its steaming wash your pumpkin leafs and water leaf properly and slice as desired.

  5. After 10minutes of steaming the meat, use another pot to heat up your oil.

  6. Add your pumpkin leaf with your water leaf into the pot with the meat.. Pound more pepper and add, stir everything, then add the hot oil into the mixture stir again cover the pot and allow to cook for 10minutes.
