  1. Take a pan and heat ghee on medium flame add sevaiya and saute well as change a colour or sevaiya.

  2. Take milk in a pan and boil for 15-20 min add sugar and kesar and elaichi powder.

  3. Add roated sevaiya in to milk pan also add chopped dry fruits and coonut powder boil for 10-15 min.

  4. Now ready you kheer savaiya for festivals.
