  1. Prepare of group 1.

  2. You need 300 ml of milk.

  3. You need 1 clove of fresh vanila (cutted in the middle to release the aroma).

  4. You need 1 tsp of salt.

  5. You need 120 grams of sugar.

  6. You need of Sauce.

  7. Prepare 200 grams of frozen mix forest fruit.

  8. You need 1 tbsp of jam from red fruits or berries or forest fruit.

  9. It’s 1 tbsp of brown sugar.

  10. It’s 50 grams of butter.

  11. It’s 4 of egg yolk (the yellow part).

  12. Prepare 10 grams of zelatine.

  13. It’s 300 ml of wipped cream.

  1. Put on fire the group 1. medium fire.

  2. In a bowl stear the eggs yolk.

  3. Into the eggs slowly add the hot milk.

  4. Then take the bowl and make "a bath / banjo mari" (in a pot have hot-boilling water and on the top add the bowl, so the bowl doesnt meet directly ths fire).

  5. Stear it slowly with a wooden spoon. When the mix is like glue on the spoon take it off from the fire..

  6. Add the zelatines.

  7. Add the wipped cream and stear it slowly. Strain it and add into a big bowl or small ones.

  8. Leave it in the fridge for 5 hours.

  9. FROM the start you have to put the zelatines into cold water to make them like glue. dont put them into the mix with the water..

  10. SAUCE: add all the ingridients into a pan, into meduim fire for 25min. The sauce is ready! (Also perfect for ice cream).
