In a bowl add finger millet flour,wheat flour, jaggery, vanilla extract, baking powder and mix it..

Add little butter(room temperature) and mix,again add butter and mix it. Knead a tight dough and put in the refrigerator for a 1/2 hour..

Then roll it very smoothly and cut it with cookie cutter,put chocolate chips..

Bake it in180d for a 15-20 min in preheat oven..
I have used cinnamon, which compliments it very well.
Transfer it to a bowl and let it cool.
In another mixing bowl, take wheat flour, oats, millet flour, jaggery powder, and baking powder.
Mix all the dry ingredients well.
